Welcome to a highly flexible Nilfgaard Imposter deck that absolutely dominates the board! This build combines a heavy control package with incredible deck-thinning and the unstoppable point-slam potential of Renfri and Triss: Meteor Shower. You dictate the pace of the match from turn one.
🩸 General Gameplan:
Round 1: Focus on thinning and establishing tempo. Use your Blightmaker/Mage Assassin combo immediately. Drop your Hunting Packs for extra thinning, and use your Witchers (Serrit/Auckes) to control the opponent's early engines. Securing Round 1 gives you last say, which is crucial for maximizing Triss and Igni
Round 2: Nilfgaard is great at bleeding. If you won R1, push the opponent using your midrange cards. Your Imposter leader ability is fantastic here to lock down a key defender or engine, forcing the opponent to play their win conditions early.
Round 3: Control the board state with your remaining removals (Vilgefortz, Vanhemar). Drop Renfri to secure your new leader ability, stack your units strategically on one row, and finish with a massive Triss: Meteor Shower.
