Was planning to try out a warrior deck without raid cards for a long time — and here it is. This deck is phenomenal and great fun to play. This decks demands good deck knowledge to play it efficiently.
The gameplan here is to play your discard package round 1, along with some warriors, Ulula is available too. Then usually we want to bleed round 2 but depending on hand condition and matchup, you can go for a moderately long round 3. We have a very strong play in short round too with Tyr or Eist.
There are many ways to trigger Eist's ability twice — once with the leader, then again with his own ability. You can also play a Skald for the graveyard. If Tyr is on board that's even better.
Initially tried "War of Clans" in this deck but since we're not playing Warlord it wasn't good enough. Freya's Blessing was way better — it gives more options to play from the graveyard, costs 1 provision less, so swapped it in. Then swapped Raiders for Herkja.
If you want, The Ulula + Herkja combo can be swapped for some other cards — these 15 provisions are very flexible. Options include:
— Morkvarg + Decoction or Offering to the Sea
— Tyrggvi, Svanrige, Kambi
— You can also fit in Herald if you downgrade Brokvar Warrior.
But I like this way, better.
