Deathwish Monsters is a Monsters deck built around one of the faction's most iconic mechanics: Deathwish. Instead of treating the death of your own units as a disadvantage, you turn it into additional value, generate points from your graveyard, and repeatedly trigger Deathwish effects. The biggest advantage of this deck is its consistency and flexibility. You have several ways to generate points and several ways to activate your Deathwish effects. This means you don't have to rely on a single combo to win games. The deck rewards you for understanding: when to commit resources, when to consume your own units, when to trigger Deathwish, when to push Round 2, when to pass, and which enemy cards need to be answered. The more you play the deck, the more you will learn to recognize these situations. That makes Deathwish a very good deck for climbing. Sirocco with Korath is your important control tool. Don't waste it on the first valuable card your opponent plays. Try to save it for something that is actually difficult for your deck to answer. Good targets are usually: key engines, cards that repeatedly return from the graveyard, powerful artifacts, or the centerpiece of your opponent's strategy.
