"Once I am through with you, you will be begging like the rest of them!" - Francis Bedlam aka the King of Beggars Introduction This is my favourite deck. It may not be the strongest but it is very fun to play and I find it as beautiful as the Passiflora Harlots. It is of paramount importance that you do not commit Madame Marquise Serenity and One Night at the Passiflora in one round; you will have a hard time. If lady luck is on your side you can win R1 without committing either and drop both in another decisive round 2 for the 2:0 or save it for a decisive round 3. Your Win conditions are Scenario, Madame, Saul de Navarette, Gellert Bleinheim + Salamandra Mutants and Yennefer Illusionist with spawn damage. Guidelines The deck is barely proactive, so you should be very careful with the few control options that you do have, such as Heatwave and control the right targets. If your opponent goes tall, the poison package can play for some incredible value punishing such a unit. No matter how tall it goes, poison is there to save you with a lot of reach. Those Sly Seductresses don't just steal intel when they bed their victims. They finish them off in more ways than one with poison too. If your opponent is playing with veil or deathwish consume, make sure to try and roll a Failed Experiment from Eventide Plunder to poison a unit twice in one turn. The roll of the Eventide Plunder does not betray you that often in this regard. If your opponent dry passes in R2, you have a neat option of triggering Hidden Cache and placing Conjurers Candle for some carryover and getting ahead by summoning the Flying Redanian from your graveyard. Try to take your thins early in the game (Sewer Raiders and Madame Marquise Serenity) for some increased consistency of the draw. However, that depends on the matchup. You may feel that you want to save Madame for a 2:0 against an opponent you gauge to be weak in a short round. Always make sure to not have two Passiflora Peaches, two Sly Seductresses or two Sewer Raiders in your hand as this will brick your Madame or the Raiders. Needless to say, but mulligan the King of Beggars of course. Saul de Navarette can gain a lot of value in a long round if left unchecked. So do your best to get him on the battlefield early with the 7 coin hoard requirement met. This deck is strong against certain nuisances such as Kelly due to the Flying Redanian which I like very much. Running Several Seductresses on the board can be a fun counter against decks which rely on create effects and run a lot of tutors. Works like a charm against Enslave 6 and Stefan Skellen too. Sea Jackals can gain great value due to the leader Hidden Cache from the Eventide Plunder rolls. Considerations I used to have Boris in this deck before the Sly Seductress nerf. That was wild and I miss it. He is an amazing coin generator and plays for a lot of value with a full board. Keep an eye on the unused provision and shuffle him in there when possible again. Another consideration for this deck is Hvitr and Aelydia. But I am not sure how much I like them in there yet. Running these cards would weaken Yennefer, Scenario, Madame or the poison package as the cards I would swap out would be cards supplementing those in order to make room for Boris or Hvitr and Aelydia. I hope you have fun with this deck my fellow Gwent mates. This deck did well in Pro Rank several seasons and is a joy to play. Equip that Yen skin with the masquerade mask for the extra touch of the flamboyant Madame Yen Passiflora brothel matriarch style (:
