This is the first Prism Pendant deck that I feel is really strong and competitive, with lots of consistency, thinning, and overall points.

Total = 59 potential points from Prism Pendant
The Frog Mating Season is really important to speed up vitality since we have so much of it. That's also why we play Filavandrel with Invigorate leader to consistently get him to 8 power for 2nd copy of FMS. In order to draw Filavandrel into hand to buff him with leader, we need lots of early thinning. This comes from Tempest, Highwaymen, and tutors.
Cat Witcher Adepts can play upwards of 13 points for 4prov because we already have FMS speeding up our vitality triggers.
Mushy Truffle connects three concepts here. It serves as an artifact for Avallach: Sage. It provides a targetable special to synergize with Pendant. And it gets you Caravan Vanguard to help thin out Highwaymen. Cosimo is on average a very efficient pointslam card that also gets rid of Highwaymen's downside.
Finally, Phoenix provides carryover and most importantly a safe, uninteractive body to target with Frog Mating Season/Filavandrel.
Be careful with taking the last mulligan in round 1 due to 4 potential bricks. Our priority is to play Phoenix and at least one of Tempest or Caravan Vanguard/Cosimo. Don't be afraid to play a location or two in round 1 if it can win you the round. Locations can also be clicked on the same turn that you play Prism Pendant if you suspect opponent holding an artifact-removal. Winning round 1 is preferable due to Pendant being very low-tempo and bleedable, but not absolutely necessary.
