This is an interesting deck. I wanted to try out Townsfolk for a long time. It's not quite meta but the point ceiling on this one is absolutely wild. It can go 300+ points if played well, or like 70-80 points per turn. This deck has its weakness like other binary decks, but when paired against other engine and point slam decks in the game, this might defeat them all. 70-80 points per turn — not even Kolgrim can do that (and that's not even the max we can go, lol). The game plan depends on your draws. You can play Cleaver round 1 with some setup and leader charge. That's around 30 points in a single turn — pass just after to secure card advantage. In most cases the opponent will pass round 2. If not, just play your artifacts and Townsfolk units, and maybe save Igor and a Townsfolk for round 3. Another way of playing is to go Townsfolk round 1 with Portal and Novigrad, win round 1, then again in round 2 play your remaining Townsfolk, Igor, Treasure Huntress or any other engines left, then go for either a 3 card round 3 or just all in round 2 with Cleaver and leader charge. Another way of playing is setting up a 4 coins per turn engine, then playing Cleaver and using his Order every turn. You can try out Firesworn Scribe in this deck, I just cant fit him in, it synergizes with this deck. Watch the video for gameplay reference and strategy.
