THE VAULT , NR deck-boost bank (Uprising). High-roll, high fun.
**TL;DR:** Boost units while they're still IN YOUR DECK (where your opponent
literally cannot touch them), double everything through Dijkstra, then cash
out through five different delivery routes in R3. When it hits, it smashes.
When it doesn't... it doesn't, lol. Posting for feedback and tuning ideas.
**Leader:** Uprising (+17) · **Stratagem:** Cursed Scroll · **167/167, 25 cards**
## The list
**Golds (13):** Amphibious Assault (12), Mutagenerator (11), Sigismund
Dijkstra (11), Erland of Larvik (10), Royal Decree (9), Dandelion (9),
Alzur's Double-Cross (8), Kaer Seren (8), Drakenborg (8), Archgriffin (8),
Hubert Rejk (8), Redanian Secret Service (7), Fisher King (6)
**Bronzes (12):** Offering x2 (5), Griffin Witcher Mentor x2 (5), Redanian
Agent x2 (4), Siege Support x2 (4), Dun Banner x2 (4), Strays of Spalla (4),
Aretuza Student (4)
## How it works
Dijkstra's passive doubles every boost he receives while in the deck, and his
Order plays a boosted unit FROM deck. The whole deck feeds him: Dandelion
(Order + the Inspired top-card drip), Kaer Seren, Redanian Agents, Offerings,
Erland's deploy. The bank is uninteractable. No Heatwave, no Lock, no bleed
touches points that are sitting in your library.
Cash-outs: Dijkstra's Order, Royal Decree, Alzur's Double-Cross (after any
feeding Dijkstra IS your highest-power deck unit, it self-aims), Amphibious
Assault, and the Drakenborg line below.
**The R3 heist:** Drakenborg summons banked Dijkstra (he arrives Locked,
that's the price), which auto-summons Redanian Secret Service from deck
(status trigger), whose Zeal Order purifies the Lock. Drakenborg's Order then
pays the bank out AGAIN as Vitality. Next turn Dijkstra's Order drops your
boosted Archgriffin. Last say goes to ADC or Decree on whatever's still banked.
## Piloting notes (the non-obvious stuff)
- Dijkstra wants to be IN THE DECK. Cursed Scroll bottom-decks him turn 1 if
drawn; Mentor or Strays of Spalla shuffle him back mid-game.
- MUTAGENERATOR has a row rule and a cost rule: playing a unit on RANGED
boosts 5 random DECK units with the SAME provision cost as the played unit;
MELEE pumps the board instead. In this list that means your 4-cost units
(Agents, Siege, Banners, Strays, Student) played on Ranged quietly fatten
the other 4-costs still in deck, including Dun Banners, which arrive
pre-boosted later. It does NOT feed Dijkstra (nothing else costs 11), it
banks WIDE, and ADC/Assault/Drakenborg cash the spread.
- Strays of Spalla wants a gold in hand: its deploy shuffles one back into
the deck, draws a bronze, and self-boosts to 8. Shuffling Dijkstra back IS
the dream use. Don't play it gold-less.
- Aretuza Student is a Patience battery: park her on Ranged early, let the
Order value tick up, then dump it on a board Dun Banner (summons the twin),
Dandelion (turns Inspired on), or Archgriffin before round end.
- Dandelion's end-of-turn drip is INSPIRED , it only runs while he himself is
boosted. Leader charge or Siege Support (ranged deploy) turns it on.
- Fisher King's deploy is RANGED ONLY. Steering the top of your deck also
rigs your round-start draws.
- Archgriffin re-decks himself at round end KEEPING boosts. Dump leader
charges into him in a round you're losing , it's free banking.
- Dun Banner (tested): the boost must land on a Banner ON THE BATTLEFIELD,
and it only summons copies FROM DECK. Mulligan Banners back every time.
Amphibious Assault on a Banner (arrives +5) is the one-button version.
- Hubert Rejk ticks down on every Order you use (incl. leader + stratagem)
and summons himself free. This deck Orders constantly , he shows up most
games, and while he waits, he's another bank target.
## Honest weaknesses
High-roll by nature: you need feeders early AND a cash-out late. Worst
matchup is a hard R2 bleed, especially from anything that can also purify
Vitality (NG mainly). No Defender in this version, so the cash-out turn is
exposed to targeted removal , time Dijkstra's landing behind last say when
you can. When the curve misses, you're playing 4-power bronzes into their
golds and it feels terrible. That's the deal.
## Proven swap-ins (I've run these, all good)
- Mutagenerator (11) <-> Donimir of Troy (11): straight swap. Donimir's
Defender+Shield walls the cash-out row vs removal-heavy pockets; the
Mutagenerator version banks wider and plays greedier.
- Strays + Student <-> Cintrian Envoy x2: Envoys give deterministic top-deck
steering (rig Dandelion's drip and your round-start draws) if the random
spread isn't your thing.
- Fisher King (6) -> Margarita Laux-Antille (Zeal Lock) vs engine decks.
- Hubert (8) -> The Last Wish (6) if you hate the counter gamble.
Suggestions welcome, especially for the R2 bleed problem. Yes I know it's not
tier 1, but the bank popping off is the most fun I've had on ladder in ages.
