R1- blue coin, give Fire scorpion Veil and use as many Magne and Tactics as possible to control opp’s side. Ok to use Emyhrr into Magne Division into Tourney Joust on Emyhrr. This will give you proactive Artaud plays earlier. If you have Dog and Dame, always try to Dog as early as possible as you’ll draw two cards with Emyhrr/Magne combo and one with Emyhrr/Dame. Red Coin prioritize Emyhrr/Magne to keep up. Okay to lose Rd1, don’t overcommit. Rd2- Drop a spare bronze, Turncoat/dog/dame are all fine. If getting bled go for Artaud. If they’re pushing for a 2-0 drop Ball with support. Okay to Enslave and Anna to deny tempo. Rd3- Depending on opp, drop Ffion first. Get Masquerade Ball down, then Philip. Conceal your Vattier for penultimate play ideally, setting up the steal and destroy options with Fergus, and Vincent for Last play. Be aware of Aristocrat procs into poison and control opp board accordingly. if win rd 1, dry pass rd2. We want to go into R3 in a longer scenario except against reavers. Bleed reavers as much as possible. Hold Fergus/Vattier/Vincent as long as possible. They’re huge swing potential.
