Obviously main strategy is to put Albrich on top of the deck multiple times to buff him and then last round when he's the only card left in the deck play Triss, Yennefer, Xarthisius and then Vilgefortz on ranged row to bring Albrich himself on the board.
In order to leave Albrich as the only card left the deck has:
Battle Station: play 2 cards and then draw 2
Roach
Knickers
Summoning Circle into Imperial golem
Mage Assassins: play them with LA. Don't waste Blightmakers or other cards to put them on top of the deck. Try to have both in your hand and then play LA. Better if you have Albrich too.
Roderick: you want to play him last round when you have only Albrich and another gold card in the deck.
To put Albrich on top of the deck:
Fisher King
Blightmakers
Vicovaro Novices
Couriers
Maxii: if Albrich is the only card left, Maxii will still trigger him.
Doadrick: same as Maxii but can do it multiple times.
The deck has a lot of tools for hand fixing since you want specific cards in your hand at specific times:
Strays of Spalla: don't play it if you don't have any more bronze cards. It will just put a card in the deck. It's very good on round 1 though, to put something like Yennefer of Xarth in the deck and draw a bronze to trigger Albrich.
Courier: let you see if you will draw the mage assassins with the leader ability, so you can play it earlier.
Doadrick: if you don't play him last round, it can still be very useful to fix your hand. On a round 1 draw, you will need him to find Vilgefortz in order to put Albrich on the battlefield.
Snowdrop: if you have to many cards you don't want to play on round 1/2, shuffle them back in the deck.
Triss Butterflies: very nice to put a bad card in the deck and draw what you need or draw Albrich to give him extra 3 power, which is worth like 12 more points in last round. Another good target for her is usually Snowdrop.
Battle Stations: lets you combine Courier, Blightmaker and Novice to reorder your cards, especially Albrich's position.
It's very important to win round one as if you lose, opponents can push for 2-0 since you won't have drawn enough cards yet.
Round 1 draw is also hard to win.
Snowdrop is a good alternative wincon since the deck is filled with draws:
Battle Stations
LA
Triss Butterflies
Doadrick
Novices
Stray of Spalla
Cursed Scroll
If you can win round 1 without her it's better to keep her for last round to combine her with Doadrick when you have only Albrich in the deck, but if you can't win otherwise, use her.
It is also generally better to use Summoning circle round 1, if you don't have access to it, use Cursed Scroll to get it if you are on blue coin.
The number of cards you thin is precise, so if you are against Mill or Klog, you lose. If your opponent can mess with the number of cards in your deck (Matta), you probably lose.
Otherwise, the deck is really consistent and very fun to play.
