This is my home-brew, I'm not familiar with the meta right now, used to play Gwent some time ago. If this hasn't discouraged you lets begin.
I don't like this new legend Lara, it forces you to play long round and its hard to use. I also do not play foglets, they require you to play them after the frost or waste hero power stack. I mean if they were 5 provision but I prefer to go 2x aristocrat and 2x slave hunter.
What's the gameplan you might ask, and I'm here to answer. You should avoid long rounds. In this version I play point-slam cards so you have a nice short round 3.
From my experience there are way too many combo cards in the current meta so you need to bleed them.
Round 1
Always look for ard gaeth and ge'els. This is your bread and butter, 12 points, sets freeze for your units, pulls out winter's queen. If you are on coin, buff the aristocrat, so you can have nice 4 turns of frost on each side of the board. I wouldn't recommend using your other gold cards, maybe yghern or tir na lia if you must win the first round against some combo.
Mulligan: I like to be able to play at least 6 cards in round 1 but well this deck has your back, there are not too many unplayable cards in round 1: caranthir, ozzrell, auberon, eredin, imlerith, yghern, tir na lia (last two can be played but only as a last resort). So if you happen to have one or two too many then get rid of them. I tend to mulligan ozzrel as it's a round 3 card for me and this deck has plenty of thinning.
Your top priority are raiders, ge els and ard gaeth. You should be careful, because if you get your gueen or both riders on your starting hand well thats mostly the end.
Round 2
Play everything except your point slam cards and you should be fine. Just get your opponent gold cards, for that to happen consider playing caranthir, because on short round 3 without eredin he tends to fall off.
And remember you play imlerith so you can play yghern later and not lose armor (there is also this nice naglfar combo that you play one legend, then imlerith and draw the second)
Round 3
Hero power -> Auberon -> Imlerith -> Ozzrel GG
Conquerors are also nice on the short round.
